Great place to eat. Employees were nice and helpful, treated me like I mattered and was not treated like just another customer.
Ordered off Waitr and Extremely NOT SATISFIED with this restaurant. The restaurant kept me on hold for 12+ minutes while they went searching for a manager. Accidentally hung up on me then called me back. Whoever answered the phone, the To Go girl, you did awesome and probably were just doing your job. However, call your customers and tell them before they pay $6 for a few pieces of meat in a tortilla with no fixings. The pictures on your website make the food look awesome but you seriously need to get it together. I work at a hotel right down the road and we will not be referring any business your way until you can communicate with your guests. It would not have been hard for you to call me and let me know you were out of the lettuce and stuff that was suppose to go on my tacos. I did, however, get a salad and i am sure that is where my lettuce went. COMMUNICATION!!! AARON FROM WAITR SORRY THIS COMPANY MADE YOU HAVE TO GO BACK FOR THE STUFF THEY FORGOT!!!
Good food, good service also until I went to the bar. Whoever they had "tending bar" in the front of the house yesterday 12/6/17 was definitely racist (in 2017 I may add) I took my business to the bar in the back tho and received excellent help. So good that I was compelled to leave a tip! And all I ordered was a shot!! Other than that unfortunate mishap my visit wa s good.
If you've been to any other Quaker Steak and Lube you know what to expect. Wings were hot and fresh while the appetizers were enough to feed 4 people. "Jumbo Wings" aren't really accurate though. I would definitely recommend to quash your diner food/wings craving.
SO ARRON Returns and yes there was still sauce missing as advertised on QUAKER Page! Oh well, NO RETURN BUSINESS!
Food is good but employees could be better. Front door host took forever to greet guest and answer to-go order calls because she was more worried about her phone.
