Came in just before dinner rush and saw no staff - no host, no bartender, no waiters. Waited up front to be seated, saw bartender come back but she got busy with customers at the bar. I was about to walk out when finally a waiter appeared and sat me, shortly after my waitress took my order. The whole time I was there I saw 3 staff. Food was served fast but wasn't hot - room temp. I was there for a while even past dinner rush and it never got busy - most everyone was at the bar. Waitress informed me that their hours are based on their reviews, which is sad. I'm guessing the service has been bad for a while because any other Chili's I go to has always been busy. This place needs an overhaul, badly.
Food was good, server brought my nachos appetizer out 30 seconds before my steak. So now I get to choose which one I want to eat cold. He knows I got nachos, with jalapeños, and doesn't refill my drink which has .2 oz of soda in it when he drops them off. With 2 chips left I get the refill...wrong drink.

We were seated as soon as we got there! And the waitress got there and served us fast! We started with an appetizer and it got there fast ! And as our drinks were finishing she brought us more and the food we ordered got there fast. Very impressed with the service and how fast the food was served. Very nice staff and fast. Loved my baby ribs and that loaded mashed potato !
Food is definitely on the spicy side, but the service was great. Staff is very friendly and food was served quickly. Easy access off I-10 on the west side of lake charles.
