I have 3 dogs that I brought here after having a horrible experience with Petco at their last grooming. I was nervous going to a new place but she was really sweet and was totally calm when I walked in with my hyper dogs. She was a lot faster than anywhere they had been before too, and they seemed happy and not stressed when I picked them up. I'm calling tomorrow to bring them back to be groomed again. Wonderful experience.

i took my little charlie bear in to pretty paws and jessica was so nice and helpful ...i had an appointment at place across the street but when i got there the lady was rude and cranky there was no way in hell i was leaving charlie there so found pretty paws and just walked in without an appointment she took him in and he was out 1.5 hour later looking the best ive ever seen him .....i tell everyone to go there ..when she called to let me know he was ready i was shocked but he was clean pretty and happy ...u have a customer for life
