Very friendly and personalized service. The groomer was so sweet to my dog and myself
I had called in advance to make sure she could handle my Pom who does have some problems I was assured she would give it a try. When I just called back to make an appt. she was rude and said she WOULD NOT do a PROBLEM POMERANIAN. I would NOT go to her if she has an attitude and changes her mind. Bad customer service.
Went in with a sweet little poodle for her 1st trim, came out full of fleas! Was told it was only a couple & we'd get them anywhere we went. It was more like many fleas & it took days & a vet visit with medication to get rid of them. I felt so guilty I had subjected my new baby to that. A groomers salon should be neat and clean, just like a human hair salon. If not, don't traumatize your 4-legged family members, keep looking. I now use "Bark Park" on Nelson Road, very nice people, very clean and she comes out cute, happy and flea-free! The people are super nice and it's worth the little extra drive from Sulphur to take her.
I felt like she wanted me to groom my dog before I brought her! She seemed very cranky and in the end I walked out. I will not bring my dog again!
This place was wonderful!!! My dog looked and smelled amazing. You can she treats the animals with kindness. He was happy to be there with her. I will continue bring my dog there. Thank you for the wonderful experience today!!!!
