They did not do what I told them to do with air pressure in my tires. Told them twice and they told me they did what I asked. Got home and checked they did not.
I brought my car in with 4 new wheels for mount and balance. I was approached outside by one of the technician's asking me if I was going pay with cash or card I said why? He said its going to be 100cash and I said what about debit he said $130!?!?.Now I didn't pay more than $65 at the Firestone in Lake Charles.After getting the $100 from the capital one and come back all of a sudden their 90's style printer won't print receipts. Im told to come back Monday I said that's fine.Upon driving on the highway around 60mph I can tell my balance is OFF steering shaking and chassis is vibrating below my seat PISSPOOR BALANCING. This place is so shady and has gone down hill don't bring your vehicle here they will overcharge and leave you with a unprofessional job.
