Dr. Poynter was really awesome!! He treated my sick kitty who is feeling much better now. I was worried because my cat is extremely skittish and don't like strangers but she did wonderfully. They were so patient and caring. The only thing I didn't like was the prices on the Advantage flea medicine. I find that you can get the same product for a lower price elsewhere. Of course the most important thing is the service and the treatment of your pet which was superb. Thankyou Cypress for making my kitty better.

Dr. Poynter is wonderful!!!! The girls from the front office to the back are sweet. He fit my Chipper in and I can't thank him enough. Chipper even ate dinner after being seen.
Have been in a couple times and have only had great experiences! Pets (cat and dog) would agree. It's always a relaxed, low stress environment that is welcoming to clients. I also like that they simply educate rather than sell.
I have used this vet for years I love him and I have nothing bad to say about the staff I think they r awesome.
I brought my puppies in for their first shots. They requested to have my ss #, which I refused to give. They then told me I would have to pay in cash. Really in this day and age, why do you need cash and why do you need someone's personal private information?
