Mike is very unprofessional, my father in law came to visit us here and he broke his hip getting out of the adult pool from slipping at the steps WITH NO HANDRAILS, father in law is Suing them. We had nothing to do with the law suit but the so called owners and Mike gave us 2 days to find another place to go. Mike's an annoying drunk, Samantha is friendly and professional, Brice is awesome we liked them. park is great other than the drunk running it. Prices are high. Beware if Mike doesn't like the look of your camper and it's not a newer model he will turn you away! He is snubbing people! We only tolerated staying here because it was closer to the job. Mike got drunk and called me about our birds and then told me about his life history and all about the ex-wife, God doesn't like ugly. To tell you the truth, I was tired of dealing with him!
You will be very cozy with your neighbors and Samantha will make it crystal clear that there's absolutely no skinny dipping in the pond (yes, she insisted it was necessary to tell me this), but you will have everything you need in the most well kept grounds I've ever seen and it's quiet despite how well packed in we are.
I have been staying at this RV park for three weeks and I absolutely love it. Nice clean park, beautiful grass, concrete sites and roads. One family pool, one adult only pool with hot tub. Quiet but close to town.
Clean paved campsites. Nice pond; with fountain during the evening hours. Late check-in was not an issue. Pool area open until 10pm. Walked around the campground but did not see an enclosed dog run.. Just a grassy open dog walk area. It is a few miles away from the freeway, but not an issue.
Nice level spots. Park is very quiet. We didn't get to partake, but there are lots of amenities. Staff was friendly. Would recommend and we would be back if ever in the area again.
At 10am, they'll collect any garbage you have left at the curb. The laundry room looks brand new and the washers/dryers look like my LG units. There is also a strict adult only area with its own lit very interesting pool. The dog run is actually useful and has a fenced area as well. Keep your eyes peeled for a hidden path/area if you're the exploring type.
