Horrible customer service ever! I wish I could give a negative number because one star it too much! Whoever answered the phone (who did not wanted to give me his name) hang up on me 3 times! I ask for the manager and he said i can talk to him and that the manager wasn’t going to be there for the next two weeks! The 1st time i call i ask if he had the rooms with 3 beds and he said no and hang up!! i still had more questions! I didn’t even wanted the room for today! And I wanted the room for more than a few days I wanted the room for at least a month or maybe even more! For job reasons! Horribly rude was the guy who answered the phone when I only had question to reserve Ahread of time! (And i was even willing to pay ahead for the month because i was really interested on reserving) But of course he didn’t know what I wanted because he kep hanging up on me! i had never ever had someone at a hotel (or any other place) been this rude! The only reason I kept calling was because I wanted his name and to speak to the manager and that’s the reason why he hang up on me two more times! How can he even work with customer service?! and refuces to give his name and did not let me know when the manager was going to be available!! I wish I could know who I was workin right now 10/23/17 at 5:20pm?? I wish I could speek to the manager because the way he treated me was not a way to treat anyone! I hope they record their calls for customer service reasons!
Rating based on each room has kitchenettes, very clean, beds comfortable. Nice & helpful staff. Industrial area ,so is very convenient.
nice room slept very well here not too loud very rarely did I hear any noise from the hallway,
RUDE!!! The room was very nasty, an smelled very bad. The people in the office was rude an was not helpful. I asked if I could have some towels due to swimming an was told I should have gotten them from my room an was give 1 when asked for 3. I had 2 little ones and a older child to dry off.. When asked for a non smoking room an was told they didn't have one I asked is there anyway if someone checked out could they let me know they said no they couldn't bc I would have to also pay for that room an would not get a refund..
This place is horrible! The lady in the front is rude and will hang up on you. Check out is at 11am but I accidentally left a bag in the room and told them that at 11:30 I would get there to pick up the bag and they wanted to charge me 20 dollars. I told her all I needed was my bad that they could even move it for me if they wanted but she refused. How do you keep customers when you try and charge them for everything and your rooms are dirty. Not coming back.
