Everyone was very pleasant and helpful. The lady that helped me was very nice and helped me find what I was looking for. We had to special order it because it wasn't in stock. She didn't seem to mind looking thru a couple of books to find what i wanted. We found it and I ordered it and it was in a couple of days. I'm very satisfied snd gave it a 5 star.
