Very rude front desk clerk. I will not be returning there. I even watched other people react to this person. They need to work on their front desk etiquette.
Great place to get holp. My company uses them and we have no complaints at all. Everyone has always been very helpful.
Just to rate how bad this place is I'll put a 1 start. But they don't even deserve it. My husband and I felt so discriminated against. The job company had to send us to a whole different clinic because it took 2 days for these people to report false information. But we are so blessed that the company man knows my husband and made him take a cup test at work and it was clean. But anyways. I'll be reporting these people to the necessary sources.
Rude is an understatement! They are just plain hateful and unprofessional. The female workers are extra rude to attractive females. They are very catty. I never seen such unprofessional and poor people relations than with the women (can't call them ladies) that work there. If they hate people and patients so much, they shouldn't be working with them.
