Nobody answers or returns phone calls here. Somehow we got the guy out for an inspection but haven't heard from him in over a week, so I don't know if they ordered parts or when they are coming back...or not.
This is by far the worst company ever!!! We have an infant in the house and have now been without ac for 7 days now ! Would not answer or return my calls , so I showed up in person. I caught the secretary ( in an old crusty Lynyrd Skynyrd shirt by the way ) in more than one lie! Absolutely the shi#@iest company ever!!!
Do not hire this company... I'm dealing with them through my warranty company and I will never deal with them again! Horrible customer service! Dodged phone calls and I've been out of an air conditioner for over a week now!
Horrible customer service. I originally had a warranty issue with the product they represent. They did a leak test to make sure it was an issue that was covered under warranty. The leak was in a place that is covered under the warranty and they charged me for the leak detection test. They never told me that there would be a fee for the test. And since the test found that there is an issue with their product(under warranty), I believe they should not have charged me for that test anyway. There were other charges on there that should not have been there, but I will just say don't use Tri Parish Services!!!
Horrible service. They stood me up two days in a row. I paid them a service call on the first day they showed up to my house but made a diagnosis and assured me they be back the following day to finish repairs. On the third day when they finally did arrive After missing two appointments it turns out their diagnosis was wrong. I highly recommend you find someone else if you want your AC repaired
