WILL NOT BE USING THEM AGAIN!!!! They didn't listen to what we told them about where the package was going and because of that, it caused confusion for the driver. We paid for overnight shipping but the package took a WEEK to be delivered. When I explained the situation to The UPS Store in Sulphur, they told me that I would be given a credit and that I would have to contact customer support. Customer support told me that I could request a credit after the package is delivered. Once it was delivered, I called. I was told to call the store location so I did. The lady at the store told me that I won't be getting a credit because it was not their fault. After my conversation with the lady at the store, I called the billing department through customer service and they told me that it is up to the store to give me a credit. So BEWARE!!!!
