I wouldn't even give a star if I could. THE STAFF IS RUDE. He is a great dr but his team should all go find a field to work in that they don't have to be around people bc they have horrible people skills. I would not go there if I was in immediate need of help I would have a better chance of surviving a shark attack then to go there and the staff be friendly
He takes his time with his patients long wait but worth the wait. Very thorough. We LOVE Dr.Schlamp! !!!
I am new to Louisiana and this is my first visit to the doctors office. I have been fighting a cold with over the counter medications for days and decided that it was time to see a doctor. I found the doctor to be pleasant but the staff was rude and totally disorganized. They actually make you pay prior to your appointment. It must be because so many people would leave. I feel trapped her waiting. I wish that I had not picked this office and I know I will not be back.

I used to like coming here but the wait time is now ridiculous andwhen they finally bring you back you sit in the hall and hear all kinds of loud conversation and laughing but everything is at a standstill. Also there seems to be a higher than normal turnover of doctors and nurses/nursepractitoners.
