I normally do pick up for my groceries here. Especially since I'm a mom of two. Let's face it where do you put 2 kids under 4 and the food?! Yeah... exactly. Not to mention, toddlers are basically ticking time bombs. Any how, the customer service here is always nothing short of wonderful. The pick-up staff here literally have NO clue how much happier they make this busy mom's week!
Amazing that Sulphur Wal-Mart had so many registers open to check out customers. Nothing like the constant horror on Nelson Rd.
Nice and Cozy quite place. Could see my child at all times. Never to crowded.
Loving the Grocery Pickup! I have four kids and a full time job so my time is precious. Being able to grocery shop at home, still get Walmart prices along with savings catcher rewards, and the ability to be leaving with groceries for the week in under 10 minutes is so amazing! Also to top it off the employees are so friendly!
AT times, Staff and Management are very friendly and willing to listen and assist customers.Today was a different experience I've been shopping at Wal-Mart in Sulphur, La for years the problem was that I was looking to purchase a heater, while three heaters on the top and bottom shelves where placed with price tags attached directly underneath each item(electric space heaters).Once I reached the self checkout line,I noticed the price difference I spoke to the cashier which paged a member of management to assist me with the situation, which the Manager was Very Rude and blaming customer's for the items being placed in the wrong area on the shelves basically refusing to sale the item to me for the price that the item was placed directly above on the store self. I guess " The customers always right" doesn't exist anymore. I traveled to Wal-Mart Nelson road location and I really Appreciated the kindness of the staff willingness to listen and assist customers. Also having correct pricing for there heaters and items on the store shelves.
