Unfortunately had a freak accident while using this car wash. Cassy and the management team were quick to take responsibility and resolve the issue without question. Everybody in life makes mistakes but it's how you handle those mistakes that matter. This company and its employees should be strongly praised for their integrity & more importantly their willingness to do the right thing, no matter what the cost. The people in Sulfur should be proud of this business. I would not hesitate to have my car washed here and in fact would make a point of doing exactly that when I'm next in town. Andrew-Houston TX.
Mike's is a good carwash
Guy there was rude. And it's $2 more than the other car washes in the area and you get the same thing.
If you want your vehicle damaged, I give this place 5 stars! This is the crappiest car wash EVER!!! The cloth strips that wash the cars are torn and tattered. One of the threads from the cloths got tangled under my window trim and RIPPED the entire trim off of my BMW X5. After sending them pictures of the damage, they inform me that they looked at the video footage and claim that the trim was loose on my car. TOTAL BULL$HIT!!!! My car was serviced at the BMW dealer 2 months ago and they said my car was in perfect condition. The manager, Terry said they are refusing to take responsibility for the damage their car wash did. I like how they try to blame the customer for the damage their crappy car wash does to vehicles. If this is how they do business, I sure as hell wouldn't let them change the oil in my car.
Yeah its a wash, it you want to pull off your antenna, fold your mirrors and not hold them responsible for damage. Better yet, go to a do it yourself spray, bring quarters, a sponge and chamois. You'll be glad you did.
