Everyone was extremely nice & did a great job of putting me in the car that fit my needs
The staff is courteous and helpful, but THEY need help. Enterprise needs to hire additional staff to work the counter. This location is understaffed. The employees currently working are courteous and wonderful, but this doesn't negate having to wait forever to pick up or drop off a car. A problem that could be easily solved. One more person on the counter would work wonders. PLEASE hire another counter person to help out!
Fortunately, returning the car was a much better experience. Larry was very helpful and friendly and honored the price I had been originally quoted.
I have rented from enterprise in sulphur twice now. Both times I received excellent customer service. They are always very busy and seem to be short staffed but always continue to have such a great attitude towards customers. Can't say enough about the staff at this location.

I intended to only give one star since you can't give less than one. However, the experience ended much better than it started.I reserved a car by phone and was quoted a rate for a specific vehicle. The employee who came to pick me called while I was on another line. His number was blocked and he didn't leave the number in his message. He stated that the policy at that location was to not give phone numbers. IMO he was rude, unprofessional and has very poor driving skills. He was also the one, who after over a thirty minute wait (very crowded and understaffed), helped me at the counter. He charged me almost twice the amount that I was quoted and just shrugged it off when I questioned it.
