Lots and hookups are nice. But for over $700 a month, at least the WiFi could be better. This place has potential but the price is unexplainable.
I have been at this park for almost a year, it is over priced at $708.50 a month the internet doesn't work have the time they have 2 tower's and #1 hasn't worked in over a month and has been report several times and you get the same answer we will reset it and it never happens. the grass is knee high i have mowed my own lots sinces i been here and you would think for over 700.00 a month a man wouldn't have to work all week and mow his own lot. the sign says no parking in the grass and nearly every lot in here has cars parked in the grass and in the street you can't hardly get to your lot for all the vehicles parked in the road. If they have any park rules and regulations i would love to see them and like to know who and when they are ever enforced. They have a office up front but no one is ever in it to look over the park and to make sure good tentants are getting what we pay for. This park could be a nice place to stay but it seem they are more interrested in make money than having good satisfied tentants that enjoy staying here. And i,m sure you are wondering why i am still here only because everything around this area is full.
